Walkin’ on Chalk – March 30, 2025
Kick off the spring season with a colorful display at Walkin’ on Chalk, hosted by Main Street Altus and Shortgrass Arts & Humanities Council. Local artists and residents will gather to create beautiful chalk art on the sidewalks of downtown Altus. This family-friendly event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the creativity and talent that makes Altus unique.
Block Party – April 18, 2025
Join us for our Block Party, hosted by Main Street Altus, on April 18th. This event will feature the 90s country Tribute Band-- Straight Tequila Night! Justin Landers will be cooking up his famous tacos and there will be ice cold drinks available all night! This event is a 21 years and older event. You will not want to miss this! Rock n’ Rumble – May 2-3, 2025
Get ready for a weekend of high-energy fun at Rock n’ Rumble, hosted by Main Street Altus, on May 2nd and 3rd. This exciting event is a car show featuring classic cars, custom rides, and vintage vehicles from all over the region. Whether you're a car enthusiast or simply love to admire beautiful machines, Rock n’ Rumble is the place to be! In addition to the car showcase, there will be live music, food vendors, and activities for the entire family. Don’t miss the chance to see some of the best cars around while enjoying a lively atmosphere in downtown Altus!
