    Farm Fest: Main Street Altus Chili Cook-Off

    Farm Fest: Saturday, October 3, 2026

    Join us in the heart of the Downtown Altus for a fun-filled family day at the 2026 Farm Fest Cook-Off! Sample delicious chili, salsa, and baked goods as contestants compete for trophies and cash prizes. Enjoy agriculture-themed activities for the whole family, shop from a variety of vendors, and celebrate our local farming community!

    Wristbands are $10 and can be purchased at the Main Street Altus tents the day of from 11 AM - 1:30 PM. 


    Schedule of Events:

    10 AM - Set up begins for Chefs

    11 AM - Sampling wristbands sales open at Main Street Altus tents

    12 PM - 2 PM- Live entertainment on stage

    2 PM - Awards & Trophy presentation on stage


    Trophies & Cash Prizes

    Chili: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd prize in each chili division & Grand Champion Chili award

    Salsa: 1st place only

    Baked Goods: 1st place only

    Booth: prize for Best Booth and prize for Spirit Award
